Service Description

The counselling relationship I offer will be one of listening and exploring with empathy, authenticity and confidentiality, without judgment or preconceptions. Counselling will usually be delivered at my private therapy room in Haslemere, however on-line therapy is also an option. Counselling sessions will normally take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes. I offer both short and long term therapy depending on the clients goals and issues, I work with the client to regularly review our work and progress to help focus our work together.
