About Counselling Psychotherapy

 

Counselling psychotherapy provides a space to share, explore and make sense of feelings and experiences in an environment of empathy, authenticity and confidentiality, without judgment or preconceptions. It will usually take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes, sessions are available in private therapy rooms in Haslemere or Petersfield or on-line via Teams or Zoom. Both long and short term contracts are available depending on the issues to be explored, progress and goals are jointly reviewed  and agreed regularly.
